Hot Weather update
Following on from the letter sent home on Friday outlining the measures we have in place over the next few days I would like to inform you of additional measures.
- If you are concerned about the welfare of your child on Monday 18th and Tuesday 19th July due to the forecasted intense heat then you may keep them at home. Please inform the office via email by 9:15am on admin@holyfamily.swindon.sch.uk so the absence can be authorised.
- You may collect your child on Monday and Tuesday, if you are able to, at 1:15pm this will enable you to collect before the peak heat forecast between 3pm and 4pm.

If you are unable to collect your child at 1:15pm they will be supervised until 3pm.
A letter has been emailed to all parent/carers with full details.
